Currently, there are four** basic iPods floating around the globe, but you really only hear about three. Those three types of iPods are
>>iPod Original (or Video)
>>iPod Nano
>>iPod Shuffle
Each these iPods have different sizes - file storage as well as actual iPod size - and all have different reasons behind why you should, or should not get one. I hope, within the next couple of days, get some information together on why these iPods make good gifts and personal entertainment choices.

For those of you who truly wish to know what the fourth one is - it's the iPod Mini. It was the second addition to the iPod line, but was shortly made synonymous with the iPod nano. Although the iPod Mini's remain quite popular, so do all of the other iPods. But if you look at Apple.com, you'll notice that they have 3 basic iPods that they sell. These are the ones I hope to elaborate on within the next few days.
